Anne Andersson was born in Gothenburg, Sweden in 1961. Anne's desire to explore nature, along with a passion for art, led her to pursue a degree in Science, while freelancing as an artist and illustrator.
In 1986, Anne moved to Florida to unite with family. Following her graduation from the Fort Lauderdale Art Institute, Anne met Don Moore, an accomplished artist and set designer. Don served as her mentor and they collaborated on a variety of projects until his death in 1994.
Anne's talents in painting, weaving and illustration, combined with her intuitive knowledge and attention to detail, result in the incredible life-size wildlife trophies that she produces today. Each is an original work of art, created from sisal fibers, skillfully formed and hand-painted. Anne's deepest passion is for the wild cats, and her tribute to these animals embodies her dedication to conservationist ideals and the preservation of the species
